Do you like it?

With this song children are going to learn how to say if they like a meal or if they don´t, while they sing it. 

Enjoy it!

Afterwards, as a way of testing what they have learnt we are going to play a game.

The teacher is going to put the following Power Point where we can see a lot of pictures of different food.

One student is going to choose a colleague, and is going to make him/her the following question:

'Do you like... (ice cream)?' 

...and his partner will answear...

'Yes, I do!'  or 'No, I don´t!'

The process would be repeated until all the students have participated.

Food Pyramid

In this activity we are going to draw, cut and stick in the wall a pyramid like the one below. Afterwards, we are going to explain the importance of having a balanced diet to be healthy.

Then, we are going to hand out a photocopy to each pupil with a drawing of different food.

Their job would be to paint it, cut it, and stick it in the correct place in the pyramid, while they say the name of the food, and why they are sticking it in that place.
